Shipping Policy

1. Physical Product Shipping
We currently ship physical items such as Polaroids, prints, and props within the E.U. and select international locations. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted (e.g., limited drops or custom requests). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We offer standard and tracked options at checkout.
– E.U.: 5–10 business days
– International: 7–21 business days
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays due to postal issues, customs, or incorrect addresses.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents. Some items may qualify for flat-rate or free shipping during promotions.
4. Digital Products & Custom Content
Digital content (photos, clips, audio, etc.) is delivered via email or private download link.
– Please allow 1–5 business days for custom content unless otherwise agreed.
– All products (digital and physical) are final sale and non-refundable.
5. International Orders & Customs
International buyers are responsible for any customs, VAT, or import fees required by their country. Crush & Cream is not liable for delays or charges incurred during customs processing.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at attendant@crushandcream.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
7. Pre-Orders or Limited Drops
Some items may be available for pre-order or limited release. Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated on the product page. Your patience for handmade or ritual-prepped items is deeply appreciated.
