Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of the Crush & Cream's products, all sales are final.

 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any item — including digital content, custom orders, or physical goods (such as Polaroids, prints, props, or worn items). Each piece is created or selected with care and intended for one-of-a-kind personal use.

 

By completing a purchase on this site, you agree to these terms.

 

Damaged or Missing Items:

If your physical item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at attendant@crushandcream.com with your order number and a photo. While we do not offer refunds, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial resolution.

 

Digital Content:

All digital products — including photos, audio, video, and custom rituals — are delivered as-is and are non-refundable under any circumstance. If you experience a technical issue with delivery or playback, an attendant will be happy to assist.

 

Chargebacks & Disputes:

Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from future purchases and may be legally contested, as all customers must agree to this policy before purchasing.
